Bridge Lacrosse is a sports-based youth development nonprofit serving the urban communities of North Texas. Our mission is to use the sport of lacrosse to broaden the horizons of our community’s youth. We believe that our programs can become an integral part of youth development in the urban communities we serve. Ameri-Corp Program Coordinator (Part-Time)
September 2025-August 2026
The Program Coordinator supports various aspects of our sports-based youth development programs, including in-school, after-school, and weekend lacrosse clinics. Reporting to the Program Director, they help lead programming during the spring and summer seasons. We're looking for an enthusiastic, relationship-driven individual with a can-do attitude, a sense of humor, and a passion for working with kids.

Primary Responsibilities
Assisting with or leading lacrosse clinics for groups of children of various ages
Researching, creating, and testing new lacrosse games, drills, and exercises for afterschool programming, PE classes, and weekly practices
Assisting with new players
Distributing equipment
Assisting with various Bridge seasonal events
Assisting with field responsibilities (including, but not limited to): painting lines, setting up equipment for practice and game days
Assisting with coordination and management of volunteers and coaches
Maintaining Bridge social media tools suck as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
Organized and keeping inventory up to date alongside Bridge Staff
Must be well organized and able to multistask effectively and efficiently
Must have reliable transportation and supply own laptop computer
Skills & Qualifications
Enthusiasm for working in fast-paced, youth-centric organization
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Exceptional work ethic and ability to take initiative on one’s own to address questions and challenges
Passion and commitment to improving the quality of opportunities for urban communities
Lacrosse background preferred but not required
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline focused environment
Must be able to manage and comfortable work with large groups of children and/or adults
Must be able to work nights and weekends, when necessary
Valid driver’s license and use of personal vehicle required
Former Bridge student-athletes are highly encouraged to apply
Benefits include
Living Allowance of $10,800; paid out biweekly ($415.39)
Education Award of $3,697.50; earned at the end of term
